Spring Haiku

Spring is here again
to unfreeze the the earth and trees,
to let the birds sing.

Wind whispers to world
Trees waving branches with him,
willing to listen.

Spring is in full bloom,
memory of beginnings
in each blade of grass.

On a flat rooftop
raindrops are learning to dance
with happy chit chat.
